I am in love with my role as a psychotherapist! I will deeply listen to the personal, cultural, and collective stories held in your heart, mind, and body and will aim to help you see and embrace your full self. I am inspired by witnessing people uncover and root deeper in their strengths as they recover from trauma, internalized oppression, mood disorders, and chronic stress, while growing towards fulfilling relationships with self, others, nature, and their own bodies. As a psychotherapist, I bring my whole heart, body, mind, humor and depth to cultivate authentic relationships.
I believe in the intersection of personal and collective healing. As you heal, grow, and unfold your gifts, you are caring for your communities and our world. And as we witness and participate in collective healing, we are helping cultivate an environment where healing is easier for all of us.
Outside of providing psychotherapy, I spend my time walking in the forest with my dog, engaging in community volunteer work, dancing, and making all kinds of art!
